  • WHAT TYPES OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT AT?
    Currently we accept cash, checks and all forms of credit cards. All Credit card use will have a service charge. $100 and under $2.00. Over $100.00 is a $3.00 Charge.
  • CAN I ADD A TIP TO MY CREDIT CARD TRANSACTION?
    No, tips are appreciated and cash only.
  • WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
    A 50% service fee will be charged for cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment. A 100 % service fee will be charged for no-shows. We require a credit card on file for all services. Thank You for your understanding.
  • WHY DO I NEED A CREDIT CARD TO BOOK A SERVICE?
    *See cancellation policy If we do not receive cancellation notice we charge the card on file.
  • HOW LATE CAN I BE FOR AN APPOINTMENT?
    Contact the front desk with any delay on arriving for your appointment. However, the standard rule is any arrival later than 10 minutes from scheduled appointment will have to be rescheduled. *We appreciate you arriving at least 5 minutes prior to your appointment time.
  • DO YOU HAVE PARKING AVAILABLE?
    There is pay parking along Ellsworth Avenue and free 2 hour parking in the residential section of Shadyside.
  • CAN I BRING MY PET TO MY APPOINTMENT?
    For the comfort and safety of all of our guests we ask that you leave your pet at home.
